Kid's birthday cakes are easy: what's the kid's favorite toy/cartoon character?
For adult cakes, use ideas from the person's name, nickname, occupation, characteristics, hobby, favorite TV show, etc?
For anniversary cakes, what is your special location, gift, time, or common interest that best protraits who you are as a couple?
You may send a picture as the inspiration, but considering size and medium limitations, very complicated photographs or painting may not be implemented exactly as is.
