首先您的捐款100%是给OCEF，Yu个人不拿一分，材料成本和时间全部自掏腰包。
其次，蛋糕全部是精良材料制作，没有乱七八糟的添加剂．材料成本已经远远超过一般bakery的卖价。
另外，一个主题蛋糕制作的时间是5-15小时，跟中国店里摆圈水果插一个生日快乐牌牌的不是一个意思哈。
Designer cake在专业商店的价格都是现在捐款数额的好几倍（见下面的link），更不用提，一般都是翻糖或者 buttercream制作，很甜，根本不符合中国人的口味。
Professional design shops are usually expensive, running from $5 to $20 a serving. And you'd need to order a large number of servings, and pay a deposit. Family-sized decoration cakes with customized theme often have even higher prices per single serving, if this option is provided at all.
Yu could not find many examples of pro shops that provide both detailed description and specific pricing for family-sized decoration cakes. But here are just a few:

It takes Yu an average of 5-15 hours to finish one cake. Yu also pays for all the ingredients and decoration material out of her own pocket. So, be kind to her and no bargaining over prices please.
