Here's my usual ingredient list
Eggs: Ultra pasteurized, but not organic or range free eggs
Milk: Organic
Cream Cheese: Full fat, non-organic
Butter: Yes real butter, not margarine
Shortening: Crisco (Yes, this is needed sometimes to achieve optimal color)
Vanilla extract: Real, Not the imitation stuff!
Baking Powder: Regular
Cake flour: Swan down brand; non-organic
Sugar: Domino; non-organic
Confectioner’s sugar: non-organic
Chocolate: hershey’s milk or dark chocolate.
Special orders chocolate: imported bittersweet (55%-65%), dark(65%+) and unsweetened (100%)
Occasionally you may be able to request specialty ingredients, like organic everything, skim anything, aluminum free baking powder, special dark chocolate, Valrhona cocoa, etc. But those are going to cost extra.
