Assumption: you already know what chiffon cakes are and how to bake them, and have succeeded before. This page is only a quick reference for the ingredients list. Check my resources if you are not sure.
 
Quick steps guide:
  1.  Separate egg whites and yolks.
  2.  Add sugar 1 to yolks, mix by hand, sift in flour. Also add other flavor ingredients at this step
  3.  Add sugar 2 to whites, beat until stiff peaks form
  4.  Add whites to yolk mixture in thirds.
  5.  Bake
